I am not the type of person who has time to spend hours in the gym so the little bit that I do i'd like to be able to maximize my results. I have a bit of baby weight that I would like to shed but the time and energy just isn't there to work out like crazy! My lunch usually consists of the kids crusts of their sandwich! Ugh!! I keep seeing the ads all over Facebook for these products but of course I am a skeptic. Can anyone give me their honest opinions on these products??
