So I'm trying to develop a workout routine and I'm trying to figure out how to divide cardio and strength training. First off is it standard to do cardio and strength training all in one day or seperate days? And is it a rotation of doing cardio one day and strength training the next day, or doing cardio one day and strength training for the next two, or strength training for one day and cardio for the next two? How do you guys plan your cardio and strength training?
