Tips for fresh breath

One of the many factors that I do consider when it comes to hygiene is having a good and fresh breath. This thing should never ever be taken for granted, imagine you have a good skin in a nice dress but once you open your mouth everybody would cover their nose, now, that is a total turn off! So having a fresh breath is crucial and to achieve such we should know how to have it.



Here are some tips for fresh breath



1. Brush your teeth and your tongue regularly and don't forget to floss

2. Avoid foods that can cause bad breath such as onions and garlic

3. Gargle helps

5. Hydrate yourself which means drink enough water

6. Do not let your mouth get dry, chewing gums help on this matter

7. Visit your dentist
