Do you get plenty of fiber in your diet?

With all of the emphasis being placed on the importance of getting plenty of fiber in our diets these days in order to maintain a healthy body, how important do you think eating enough fiber is in relation to living a healthy lifestyle and what are some of your favorite products that contain plenty of fiber?



Personally I love shredded wheat including the frosted shredded wheat. I also like nutrition bars that contain a lot of fiber, although, a person does need to look closely at the ingredients with some of these. I enjoy eating plenty of fruits and vegetables that contain a lot of fiber, too.
