We'd all like to avoid fast food restaurants if possible but sometimes its just too convenient and we're just too tired. I read an article where they listed several healthier choices you could make if you ever find yourself driving thru a fast food place.
1. At 375 calories is McDonald's Premium Ceasar salad with low-fat balsamic vinaigrette and grilled chicken. For the 375 calories it is also partnered with a fruit n yogurt parfait so you still have dessert.
2. At Dunkin Donuts an Egg Veggie Wake-up wrap with hash browns is a decent sized 350 calorie breakfast.
3. At KFC the Kentucky grilled chicken breast and mashed potatoes is just 310 calories. You have to hold the gravy though.
