Does anyone else find that when their blood sugar is low it's very difficult to get to sleep. I was awake for almost 2 hours last night and just couldn't get to sleep no matter what. I then went to get a kitkat bar and after that was much more sleepy and went to sleep in about 10 minutes.
I find this often to be the case if I don't eat after 6pm. I used to eat right up until midnight, but following general advice not to eat after your last meal at 6 I'm starting to get this what I can only assume is hypoglycemia induced insomnia.
