Milk - semi/skimmed/whole

Most of the time i drink semi skimmed, but when i feel really bulky i switch to skimmed, and on the opposite end when i really need to bulk up i switch to full fat. Is there any other differences between the 3 other than fat content?



Also, are these fats beneficial in any way?
