switching it up

It is important that we keep our work out routines fresh..switching them up is a great way, not too get one area of your body too sore, while working your entire body at the same time....one day do one routines ad the next do another...everything in life is a mystery, so why should our work out routines be any different?...keeping them fresh...ensures that we won't get burnt out and bored with the same old thing every day...
