Recharging in high-stress period?

So I am going through a really busy and stressful time. I've been working 12h+ for at least a month, during which time I've only taken a half day off here and there...so since I'm working that much, and I don't want to/can't give up few other aspects of my life, even though I have not seen friends almost at all, it has ended up that I either only work and sleep, or do everything and sleep very little.

I have dance(ballet) 3 times a week, which is good since my work is at a desk...but..



I've been at extremely LOW energy levels lately. Last time I went to dance I was so tired I felt like I'm falling asleep. Then I guess my blood sugar dropped because by the middle of class I felt like everything is swimming in front of me and I had to sit out the rest of class.



Any tips for more energy that don't involve coffee, energy drinks or sleep?

(I can't get more sleep now, I drink too much coffee already, and energy drinks...I don't know, I think I'm allergic to something in them, they seem to make me more sleepy...).

By chance I happened to get some time off this afternoon, although I should probably use it to catch up on things. But I feel I need to recharge a bit somehow.
