High Intensity Workout Food?

For the past 6 months I've worked out roughly 2 hours daily/3 times a week(ballet) with a bit of walking, strength exercises and stretching here and there. I was pretty scared of being good at dance, so I didn't put all I can into it. And then there was opportunity to perform in a month in a concert and I took it. Few weeks before I had done some more 2-hour walks and 1-hour strength training here and there. And then, for the past 2 weeks I've done 2-3 hours a days, with a day of rest may be once a week. I'm doing zumba, yoga, stretches, rehearsing choreography for my performance. Yesterday I went from 2 hour zumba/walking to changing that into doing 40min INSANITY for bigger results...in addition to choreography. To my surprise, not only do I still have energy, but all exercises helped improve my technique in ballet drastically- but I still have a lot to prepare until the concert.

So I'm wondering what should I be eating with this amount of training, if I would like to lose some weight, but not a lot? I've been eating more protein, drinking 2-3 liters of water in addition to some tea, and trying to get a bit of all other food groups. ...any suggestions? Is any of you doing that much working out? What is your experience?
