Smartly any other month some other problem! Time actually does fly, as at all times put up your identify and your purpose for the month. As everybody will take into account now, Daz is not updating the sheet, Kimi has kindly agreed to take over.
I would like to thank Daz for all the hard work and effort he put in to making the sheets to help me and everyone else on our weightloss journeys.
As always the challenge will run from the 1st of the month to the 31st so as soon as you have had your weigh in please come back and let Kimi know asap your result. If its not possible to get here on the day, please state what date your result is for to save confusion.
