Parents think im crazy?!?
I have agoraphobia, and recently its becoming more. Im now afraid to do almost everything! I cant be in ANY big space! If i go to a big space i get EXTREME panic attacks and feel very light headed. My parents are thinking i have a mental problem. But i dont think its mental and if i am i dont wanna live cuz there will be no reason to.is agoraphobia mental? Also i went to my doctor in early September when my anxiety had just started. He said its mental but that doctor died a few months ago. Im scared that if i go to another doctor she’ll say its mental too! I dont wanna be classified as mental!!!! Im a normal human that just has agoraphobia!!! What should i do!!??!?
