Question: How much results will I see in 3 months of working out?

In the beginning, the results would be good. Then after a short while (a month, maybe less) the results will tapper off to the point where you do not notice much. This is simply because you are working your body too much, not giving it enough time rest. More is not always better. Muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen, and built in bed.
