Question: How should I start exercising?

Start walking every day first. If you start off with jogging after six months of inactivity, you'll get tired very quickly. In a couple weeks, find a jogging/waking circuit in your area and try that. You can always slow down or walk for a minute if you get tired. Try and make a point of heading out at least three or four times a week, and make sure you have lots of water afterwards.
