Here's what I did and I lost 10 pounds in avout a week and a half. I'm 17 5'8 and I used to be 153 now I'm 139 and its been about three weeks. Here's what you do. Eat special k for breakfast. Salad for lunch and a smaller potion of what you eat for dinner. Special k is 100 calories. Salad is 15 plus whatever your dressing is. And dinner maybe 300?? But what you don't no is your body burns over a 1000 calories a day naturally just by you laying around all day so your eat 500 calories a day and losing a 1000 a day. So you will start to drop fast:) but I don't think you should eat processed food try a home cooked mean when you eat your dinner and you will see results almost in two days:) good luck. However it's considered dangerous and unsafe if you do it forever.so just do it till you get down to whatever you wanna weigh then stop. But it's up to up to you to stay that way
