Is this a good way to lose weight?

I'm 14 years old, and currently 140lbs i want to start dieting and exercising more. If i eat around 900 calories a day and i do 100 sit ups, 60 push ups 150 squats and 200 jumping jacks 4 times a week (I would spread them out throughout the day etc, when i wake up 30 push ups 50 sit ups 100 jumping jacks 50 squats and then do more in the afternoon) Will i lose weight this way? and is this healthy?
