I'm a 14 year old boy, 5ft 6in tall, 110 lbs, and light daily activity level. I know that I'm supposed to eat 2200 to 2400 calories in order to gain 1-2 lbs a week. However, my fast metabolism doesn't allow that to happen. No matter how much I eat, I can never get any fatter. My bones are the things that are heavy, not the fat. And because of that, I'm skinnier than all of my guy friends. That also makes it hard for me to have certain hairstyles and wear certain things. I'm what you could call a "metrosexual" guy, since I care about my appearance more than any other of my friends. (How did it go from metabolism to metrosexual? I have no idea) Sorry, returning to the point. Is there a way (or ways) to slow down my metabolism? I heard that is I eat less, then my metabolism will slow down, but then wouldn't that make me lose weight?
