Question: Started A Low Carb Diet...Feeling Like CRAP?

I am completely new to this low carb thing. I'm on Day 5 and what I normally eat everyday is: egg whites with a little bit of mozzarella sprinkled on top. Lunch: Maximum Vibrance Meal Supplement drink. And dinner I'll have a Tilapia filet with tons of veggies on the side, usually broccoli.

I'm feeling very funny lately. I want to exercise, but I feel like if I do I might regret it by over exhausting my body. Since I've started this low carb diet I havent had any more than around 60 carbs a day. I was exercising the first few days until I started feeling super drained. I read this is a side effect that some people have, does anyone else out there have this or have experience with this? How long does it normally last? Also, are there "cheat days" for low carb diets or do I just gotta stay on it until I get the results that I want? All those out there who can help me along with my journey are more than welcome to answer. Thank you! Oh, and if you have anymore questions for me I will gladly answer them when I see them.
