will I gain any muscle this way?

I'm a tall skinny guy so I just try to eat more also when I'm not hungry and to drink other things than water.
For training I do like 4-4-4-4-5 pull ups with a minute in between (first it was like 2-2-2-2-2:p)
I also have dumbbells and I just do as many as I can, switch arm, 3 times. I use enough weight so that I can lift it like 12 times before switching arms.
I don't train every day but most days I do.
I know it's not like drinking those protein shakes and going to the gym 4 times a week don't tell me :p
I'm just wondering what the results will be like if I do this some months.
