Want recommendation on which break up to make use of.

Mainly what this break up does is it lets me train upper body about 2x a week and lower body twice a week. Plus dedicated off days that fit in my daily schedule.



The other split I’m looking at is Push/Pull/Legs/Off repeat split. With this split I’m thinking the soreness from deadlifts wont effect my back during pull days since



i have no pull day after legs. The only thing i hate is the non dedicated off days during the week that kind of results my day by day time table.



Which do you guys suppose will be the higher of the 2 to do?thirteen;
