Question: Anyone drink a protein shake on rest days?

if you are hard gainer start eating more good calories daily.mostly carbs like rice and potatoes.and protein like beef,chicken,eggs,turkey,fish.use small portion on each meal,increase if u are not gaining.start with 2.500 calories daily.if you see u get fat lower calories if u see you are not gaining calories increase 250-400 calories in daily basis.4 scoops a day are a lot.use 2... one in the morning and one after workout. eat every 3 hours. if you wont start gaining use more calories.dont expect to grow in a few months.might take you a while.if you are not gaining after some time means you are not following it strictly.
