I am 5'9 and 163 lbs. I am almost 19 years old. I have been a vegetarian for about 8 years now. But I have extremely bad eating habits. Although I do not eat meat, poultry, or fish I rarely eat fruits or vegetables. My friends call me a "junkatarian". I put on about 15 pounds since graduating high school. I would be satisfied with a weight of 145 but i would like to eventually work my way to 125 lbs.
I want to cut out all junk, dairy, and any processed foods. So basically organic fruits, veggies, nuts for proteins, and only whole grain foods.
So I guess what I'm looking for is tips on eating "clean" and any other help with workouts to help me become healthier and achieve my goal weight. I understand that this is a long and difficult process.
*I'm taking a dance aerobics class twice a week starting in a couple weeks*
