Question: I want to lose 30-40 pounds by 2015?

Hi, I am almost 14 and I weigh about 150 pounds. I am a 5'0 girl, and I know I am overweight. I need to lose 30-40 pounds by the New Year. 120 is average for my age but I would like to be around 115.



I really, really want this for myself but I lack motivation. I have a treadmill and I am capable of doing other exercises at home, and I also have the game Just Dance.



I need a good diet/meal plan for breakfast and dinner, I eat lunch at school. What I usually eat for dinner is a microwaved meal which isn't very healthy. I also drink drink soda so that isn't a problem.



I also need to know what I should do everyday, workouts and diet, tips, all that.
