Question: My bmi is 17 need to gain some weight?

1) Sleep a lot. I know we all have our routines and such but sleeping a lot is a good way to gain weight because you're just kinda lying there not doing exercise. Sleep especially after eating! When you sleep, all your bodily functions slow down so your food isn't going to be processed as quickly and you will gain more weight from it. 2) Eat more often and snack more. You don't have to eat unhealthily, a high quantity of any food is going to make you gain weight, even if it's salad or fruit. You could try having bigger meals or even having smaller ones and then eating small meals more frequently.



3) Look into getting tablets to slow down your metabolism. Honestly, if you don't WANT to eat then no one can force your appetite. This means you might just have to look into ways of gaining weight when you actually do eat - including slowing your metabolism.
