Hope you continue to remember that me? Iv tried quite a lot of diets for the reason that starting of the 12 months (as per normal) lose just a few kilos then put them again on! Additionally tried to stay to minimins after which getting lazy or now not having the time! So principally ive been relatively crap. I am at an all time excessive in weight and low in self-worth and its time to show that round. Im hoping to drop 1 stone at least by 27th September when I leave for Saudi Arabia to perform pilgrimage.


Ive tried and failed all year so really need to make a diff in the next month and a half of will enjoy the entire lend a hand and encouragement I will be able to get to remain on course and maintain updating diary simply to MAKE me keep on a just right consuming plan.


I began my low carb consuming the day before today.


Nowadays I’ve had:

b- 2 egg omelette and mushrooms with a are seeking for kebab

s- hen tikka and 1 are seeking for kebab

l- broccoli, celery and carrot soup with cheese

d- rooster with a pork burger (no bun)


Been actually hungry this night. plus TOM so that does not assist.

Wish to begin train however on Monday
