Awwwwww yeeeaaaa!!!!!! 5 days executed. I’ve misplaced three.3lbs as of this morning, so no longer too shabby, aye?

The day went just right, and I simplest had like 560 energy, regardless of it being Friday. :huh: No longer complaining although! :P


Intention: a thousand kcal


Breakfast:

2 slices of bread (32 kcal)

Butter (eighty two kcal)

1 apple (fifty eight kcal)

Complete: 174 kcal


Lunch:

Dinner:

Snack:

Salta Katten (10 kcal)

1 apple (fifty six kcal)

Chips (320kcal)

Weight loss program Coke (2 kcal)

Complete: 388


Whole consumption for the day: 562 kcal :D
