You will have to most likely see a physician if the issue persists for greater than 1 week, and in te period in-between cease exercising to peer if it will get higher as in case you are fortunate like i was once, it is only a pulled muscle.&#thirteen;
My training log ——> http://ift.tt/1vguD4i
So I’ve injured my back pretty good. I’m just looking for opinions and I’m planning on seeing a doctor tomorrow and a chiropractor on Monday. I was deadlifting some good weight about 4 days ago. On my last rep of my last set I was coming up and felt a pop and my lower back immediately seize up. Since then the left side of my lower back has been a nightmare. If I try to stand I have a hard time getting up. Once I’m up I’m ok, but it still feels uncomfortable. I’ve been icing, stretching, and massaging. Nothing has really seemed to help. It’s day 4 and it feels like it’s no better, if not worse because now my left hip is begining to feel soreness. I originally thought it was just a pull and I’d be out for a couple weeks laying off. But now this is something I’ve never dealt with. I’m just looking for people who have had similar experiences and what they had to do to recover. Thanks to anyone who takes time to give me an answer
The only advice I would want to give you is to go to your doctor or a sports med doctor. Sorry.
