They SAY they don't hire people based on those things, and they can't say that they do. But technically, they could reject a fat person just because he's fat; they just can't say that's why they're rejecting him. You can still discriminate people at jobs, but you only get arrested if you admit it. "If you're old, fat or ugly, don't bother showing up to the interview!"
