Liposuction is not healthy for anyone, especially a 13-year old. You haven't said anything about your height but you'd have to be relatively short to be overweight at 140lbs. But if you're hell bent on losing weight, there are much better, healthier ways of doing it. But it sounds like you're pretty active, so I wouldn't worry about it anyway. Everyone's body is different, especially at your age, and sometimes people who eat right and exercise end up being "overweight" just because of their genetic body type, even though they really are healthy.
