i'm 214lbs and 5'8 i'm trying to lose weight quick i'm trying to get down to 280 at lease then work from there so i was thinking if i eat vegetable and salad and drink water for a month and exersize i think ima lose weight fast even more then 280.
if i work out like 1 hour a day and eat salad and vegies when ever i get hungry and drink water also i think ima lose weight fast like eat salad 3 times a day till i'm full.
i know its bad to lose weight fast but still i want to lose it so please help me.
