Question: Is it normal to get stuck with my max weight bench press but keep increasing in squats?

Is it normal to get stuck with my max weight bench press but keep increasing in squats?

Two months ago I started lifting the same weight for bench press and barbell squats. In the last three weeks I haven't been able to increase my bench press but I keep adding 10 or 15 pounds in squats and there is now like a 45 lb difference.
