I'm 14 and I'm 5'5' and I weigh 154 lbs and my dream weight is at least 120 i really want to lose weight before I start high school and I don't know how to start. Is there any tips and excercises I can follow to start losing weight. And another question I have is, I have naturally big boobs (I'm 38C) and it runs in my family so will I lose breast size when I lose weight??
