so am a 5ft 3 girl I will turn 18 in 5 days I have been having trouble with my body but I recently realize what I want. am 140lbs and dress size 10 the happiest I have ever been is a size 6 please help me I need your dieting and exercise expertise to get back there in 6 weeks
