Sorry if this isn’t in the best location,
Somewhat of historical past, began THD closing August, misplaced 1 stone, at present received 1/2 that and fallen off the harcombe wagon! no longer completely, however sufficient to “take care of” now not shift!
I devour meat, general veg and inexperienced salad, nly, so its a now not an ideal selection :/
hubby joi ned me after which fell off too,falling into outdated habits on the way in which, he likes spicy meals, I do not, I admire garlic ( by no means used a contemporary one thoughts! ) and he heaves on the odor!
With Autumn upon us & Iciness and in a roundabout way Christmas developing I wish to make an immense effort to get again on the right track
I want some soup recipes as I have a soup maker for lunch and then we will happily have stews etc for tea, (fat meals) I have managed to stay off most carbs !
like most people breakfast is tricky, I was having scrambled eggs most days but I suddenly felt sick when cooking/eating them, So I’ve been having NLY, easily a 500g tub a day!
I now think that’s a craving as when I did p1 initially I never had any and lost really well! ( despite still having some sugar as I got to grips with it! )
I guess what I am is saying is I need your help and support to get back on p2 properly. as I am struggling to get into the right zone for p1 iykwim
Oh and due to budget constraints most food is not organic although I am 100% sugar aware on my labels!
I am going to re read my books over the next few days ( and the discussion board ) with a plan to scale back the garbage which is crept in ( ie make a extra concerted effort!)
and begin a recent correctly on Sunday . . .
