i ejaculated and after about ten minutes my proper testicle damage no longer loopy severe however sufficient to fret me i do know its no longer testicle torsion (at least i hope not since that would mean i only have 6 hours to save my right testicle then with 90% success) its not swelling and there was no blood in my ejaculation however my right testicle is higher then my left and there is a slight discomfort (that i partly think is in my head because i am worried about my testicles) that’s been coming and going it led me to believe i might have an infection but i am not sure i am no medical professional, but usually when i get and erection actually more so when i have an erection the pain kinda creeps back and is more noticeable i performed a TSE (testicular self examination) and checked for the normal stuff no bumps, smooth egg like shape still no swelling. i called my doctors office but i got answer machine because it is kinda late but i dont think i need to go to emergency room just yet not sure tho to be honest i am not a doctor
