Query: STD or customary bumps?

I’m very involved in regards to the contemporary small bumps I’ve discovered across the opening of my vagina.

I’ve no longer had vaginal intercourse however I’ve had oral intercourse. The companion didn’t have any sores on his mouth and mentioned he used to be smooth of STD’s.

I’ve burning urine after I don’t drink sufficient water. When I am hydrated and my urine is clear there is no burning feeling. There is no odor or colored discharge. The discharge is white and/or clear and odorless.

These bumps are horrifying me.. I am not sure what risks are involved in oral sex. The bumps are not blisters, just literally small little bumps the same color as my skin. When I pull the skin they are much more noticeable but when not pulling the skin you can still slightly see them. (not as much though if you pull the skin)

If anyone has any idea what this is, or if this is normal, please remark under. Thanks!
