I'm 5'8, 17 years old and I'm 147 pound. I think I might be mesomorph body. I'm not too skinny"like a stick but not too wide"like a box" I think I'm between mesomorph and ectomorph. I have no six pack. I only have flat stomach and a little wide shoulder because i remember I used to do a lot of push up, probably that's why, but not wide shoulder. Now I don't even workout. I probably thinking going to lose weight and gain muscle is that a right way to get a similar body like Lazar Angelov. His whole body is not too wide and not too big. He's more like a very fit strong man. So what workout or exercise should I start to be similar like his? I don't want wide shoulder and to be bulky.
Update : big chest and wide shoulder, so that's probably why people think Im strong, But I'm weak. Lmao
