Question: Is this bad for me? (read down below) 10 points?

Yeah. Odds are you're looking at diabetes, hypertension, and a few others health problems. Overweight? How old are you? Sex? You see, fast food is all bad. The grease, chemicals, salt, sugar (corn syrup), and other additives all increase the risk of health problems. This is IF what you are eating is what it is supposed to be. There are health regulations that allow so much rat hair, feces, and other contaminates to be allowed in such foods. With GMOs, today, we don't know what is and is not safe in the so-called meats and plants used for foods. At best, your cholesterol may be high. You're getting a healthy dose, or would that be UN-healthy dose, or caffeine from the coke (soft drink) and chocolate.

Right now, assuming you're young, you're probably OK. But, as your body changes, all of this is going to add up. This is the problem with 75% of adults in the US. Lack of exercise for this "diet" can really put you at risk for health problems.

This is the diet that a lot of cops get. All fast food, eaten on the run, with nothing positive. Most have health problems, other than the worry about lead poisoning. And, you may get a dose of that with whatever steroids and antibiotics that are injected into KFC's chicken.
