I'm a 19 year old male. I weight 147 lbs (give or take a pound). I'm 5'8.
Diets don't seem to work for me. I generally have a fairly healthy diet. I avoid junk food, and I can't eat the majority of chocolate sweets anyway due to my lactose intolerance. I always watch my calorie intake. My upper body is fairly fit. No muscles or anything, but no fat. My arms are thin enough to have my veins and muscles popping out through them when I clench my fists or do some exercise. My stomach is flat. No abs. My legs are thin, for the most part, but my hips are wide and I have a butt. Nothing seems to work for me. For some reason, I cannot seem to get rid of my butt. I tried cardio and it made my hips stiffer, but it didn't exactly make them smaller. Any advice?
Update : I should add that my mom has that same body shape, so I might have inherited that from her. For the most part, she's a tiny woman, but she has really wide hips.
