I have a figure in the shape of "pear", I'd like it changed. My upper body is skinny but I have big thighs and buttocks. I would like to make my thighs and buttocks markedly diminished and then to be able to revise my body had a muscular body and overall well physically. I have to lose weight first and then the right to revise or processed into muscles and disappear to? Reduce my thighs and buttocks when I ride a bikeand run about 3 times a week + so I have a good diet?
