On tumblr simply now this lady reblogged an image of a eating regimen she created. It is 30 days lengthy and it is truly just like the ABC eating regimen. I’ll apply it and I’ll persist with it. It is so much much less daunting than the 50 days of the ABC weight-reduction plan. Plus it comprises days similar to “water fast” and “fruit only” so I think it’ll be good. You’re all welcome to do it with me. I’ll be posting each day as I did on ABC and each night I’ll say what the calorie goal for the next day is.
