Thoracic MRI Lend a hand – Severe? No longer Severe?

Hello board —


Used to be if truth be told scheduled to have a fusion at L5-S1 however insurance coverage denied it, within the intervening time this searing ache has developed in my mid again, like I am strolling round with a knife caught in it.


I am lovely accustomed to realities in cervical and lumbar however have no idea so much about cervical. Right here is the findings from the MRI:


-T7-T8 – Significant Disc Extrusion which contours and deforms the Ventral Wire. This measures 4mm AP by 6mm transverse by 7mm craniocaudal. No cord signal abnormaility is seen.


-There is loss of T2 signal and intervertebral disc space height at multiple additional thoracic levels.
