I am a 16 year old, 5'2, 120lb girl. I am paleo vegan with the exception of protein shakes, I do CrossFit 4 times a week and yoga 3-5 times a week. I have muscle but it is covered by a layer of fat. How long will it take to loose the layer of fat and start seeing that I have muscle? If you have any awesome tips that would also be appreciated.
