Forget fast. Think long-term. You want a plan you can stick with all the way through, then be able to keep the weight off forever. To do that, you have to make permanent changes. Start tracking your calorie intake. (there are lots of websites that you can use) and doing some type of exercise. Try different things until you find something you enjoy. Even walking is great, even if you can't do much at first, we all started somewhere. The key is to make the process as simple and pain-free as possible.
