Question: IS ZUMBA A GOOD WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Zumba and like other fitness videos are great to loose weight even if its less intense in some, What you can learn from those videos and books, is, they go in to one common philosophy, focus and keep on it like glue on velcro, stick to it go easy at first until you gain the speed and strength to complete a session of a video; also you don't have to follow every single step, you can start from doing a little bit less until you gain more and more ; to do exercising like a pyramid, as in each day try to do more but if you go in the next day and the rest with less exercise you could go in to a flat performance and the body will get used to it. Eat well and drink well.
