I did all cardio and barely ate to reach 165 in 2012, decided id put on some weight. Had a setback for about 6 months starting summer 2013 due to a broken collar bone and surgery to remove mrsa infection which is what that dent is by my shoulder. Once back on track i tried to eat healthy and lift heavy now im up to about 205165 in august 2012:

I am right in the middle of bulking so i do have some extra fat on at this time hopefully it comes off as easy at it went on
Would like some opinions, what areas to work on, bodyfat estimate
