okay, so this is definitely a stupid question and i’m aware that there really is no safe way to ingest salt water, but any tips on how to do it as safely as possible would be great. i’m really not feeling like going to school tomorrow and my parents won’t let a small emotional breakdown be a reason for me to skip (they actually might- i do this all the time and it usually works but i know they can tell i’m BSing them and i really don’t feel like taking that risk). so yeah!! any suggestions on stuff like the amounts for the water and salt or how quick to drink, and many others?? if it helps in any respect i am 14.
