Some days I do nothing at all and some days I workout. for both how many calories. also the day after a workout how many calories. been eating about 1700 to 2000 is that far too much?
Update : im about 5'9 i think and weight idk maybe 140-145 ish havent checked in a while
Update 2: when i workout i dont run just weight lifting
Update 3: and when i do nothing at all it consists of me laying in bed all day almost no movement
