I need a fitness plan please.?

I am 16 years old, I weight 145 pounds, and I'm 5'3. I just signed myself up for the gym, what should I do, and how much of it, for example, run in the treadmill for a mile or 15 minutes or something like that. I would prefer just using the machines and not the weights or any of that stuff, but I will. Thank you for your help.
