Question: Is this a good workout nutrition routine?

I am a 17 year old boy that is going to take on 1500 calories per day (vegetarian diet) First meal would be a green smoothie that has 1/2 to 1 cup kale and spinach with some ginger and 1/4 cup blueberries. I also add a scoop of whey protein powder that is 30 grams of protein with 7 grams net carbs.

For lunch, I would have just a quest nutrition bar, that is 160-190 calories and has 20-22 grams of protein with only 4 net carbs.

^^^ those are like some small meals because I am not usually that hungry in the morning and would like something satisfying later.

So for dinner, I eat like tofu and "veggie meat" stuff from gardein and either make like a wrap, salad, or stirfry. Whatever I make usually comes out to like 400-500 calories.

For other meals/snacks throughout the day, I would eat like greek yogurt cups that have 12 grams protein for 80 calories, non-fat cottage cheese (anyone know how to make it tastier???), or a whey protein shake/tangerines.

I aim to drink 2 liters of water a day and also get like 6-7-8 hours of sleep daily

As for exercise!

I am doing interval jump rope training every day after school for 1 hour where I do 1 min jump rope and 1 min rest, and repeat until one hour is done.

3 days resistance full body workout

1 hour walk every night (brisk pace)

on friday play basketball for 3 hours (pick up games/shoot around)

Is this effective???
